Watercolor Waves | Watercolor Painting | Artist: Painter Lyn

12x08, Watercolor Painting Framed in Glass

Artist: Painter Lyn

A wave is a disturbance that propagates through space or spacetime, often transferring energy. While a mechanical wave exists in a medium (which on deformation is capable of producing elastic restoring forces), waves of electromagnetic radiation (and probably gravitational radiation) can travel through vacuum, that is, without a medium. Waves travel and transfer energy from one point to another, often with little or no permanent displacement of the particles of the medium (i.e. little or no associated mass transport); instead there are oscillations around almost fixed positions

Fragile | Oil Painting | Artist: Painter Lyn

16x20, oil painting on stretched canvas, Framed

I painted this because everything seems to survive in a delicate balance called life

Artist: Painter Lyn

Fragile

These adjectives mean easily broken or damaged. Fragile applies to objects that are not made of strong or sturdy material and that require great care when handled: fragile porcelain plates. Breakable and frangible mean capable of being broken but do not necessarily imply inherent weakness: breakable toys; frangible artifacts. Delicate refers to what is so soft, tender, or fine as to be susceptible to injury: delicate fruit. Brittle refers to inelasticity that makes something especially likely to fracture or snap when it is subjected to pressure: brittle bones.

This Describes our Earth perfectly as it Hangs in the Delicate Balance of what Man-kind Can Do to Either Save it or Destroy it.

Painter Lyn has reciently added some interesting Artwork at Art for Sale" by Painter Lyn. These pieces do not come cheap but they are extreamly nice.

Reciently there have been many purchases for the Art by Painter Lyn so we have decided to reduce the prices to remove the rest of the art that is for sale and switch the website to an Art Gallery. If you visit Painter Lyn's Art for Sale and click on the Art for Sale Catagory then you will find those remaining paintings that are available at this time.

As Painter Lyn continues to paint I will continue to add these paintings to the directory for Purchase, but since there is only one of each painting they are going fast and we may at sometimes not have anything left to sell.
