15 Dolphin School Seascape - Statues - Metalwork

- Aquatic Series -
Spectacular school behavior is seen in this 15-dolphin statue, composed entirely of brass and mounted on a marble base for display. Standing over four feet high, this artwork is a tribute to one of the world's most intelligent, loving, and graceful creatures.

Dolphins are capable of imitation and memorization; they demonstrate foresight, learn from observation, communicate experience, solve complex problems, perform elaborate tasks, and learn multiple procedures simultaneously. Their so-called training is in fact a discipline structured around play, using their natural behavior as the basis for involved maneuvers; they appear to perform primarily for their own enjoyment.

Measurements: 52"H
